Curios | Art delivers the works in France and Europe. For the United States, the sanitary and customs conditions complicating the shipments, thank you for contact us directly to study a personalized solution. For the rest of the world, Contact us also.
Delivery delay
Depending on the country of destination of the order, Curios | Art usually delivers the works within 7 days (mainland France) to 10 days (Western Europe). For other destinations contact us.
Shipping cost
On Curios | Art, delivery costs are calculated according to your place of delivery. You will be able to obtain the exact amount of these charges as soon as you enter your delivery address in the ordering process.
Our partner carriers
We use Colissimo services for shipping. The works are protected in a tube to guarantee their state of protection.
Terms of delivery
You will be notified by e-mail of the date of dispatch of your parcel, which will in all cases be delivered to you personally against signature. If you are absent on delivery, a calling card will allow you to pick up the package at the Post Office.
Terms of returns and refunds
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse it. In the exceptional event that the work is damaged inside a package in good condition, please take pictures and use the contact form for our website. You will be responsible for the return costs and the work may be refunded or replaced.
