Born in 1970 in Charleston in the United States and graduated from BA Rhode Island School of Design, he now lives and works in Los Angeles. Coming from the skateboard scene, he first became known through the Andr\u00e9 the Giant Has a Posse stickers, which gave the Obey Giant campaign. His work gained worldwide fame during the 2008 US presidential campaign, with the creation of Barack Obama's HOPE poster that would become an iconic image of the campaign.
