Graphic designer and illustrator, Tony Aguero (alias Tomo77) works in graphic design and advertising. But opens up to painting, collage and murals.
He explores themes of racism, police brutality, environmental catastrophe, and a society in the throes of political chaos and disease. The visuals are images are stark depictions of a tumultuous, changing social and racial landscape, entwined with symbolism reminiscent of the middle ages.
Originally from Costa Rica, he is now based in Portland, USA.
