Jerome mesnager

Jérôme Mesnager (1961) is one of the pioneers of street art in France. It was at the beginning of the 1980s that he created “the White Man”, a white silhouette representing, according to the artist, a symbol of light, strength and peace. This white naked body is the central figure in Jérôme Mesnager's paintings and drawings, whether in the streets or in more conventional formats. He makes his white man dance across the world to the Great Wall of China.
