Cleon peterson

Cleon Peterson is an LA-based artist whose chaotic and violent paintings show conflicting figures symbolizing a struggle between power and submission in the fluctuating architecture of contemporary society.

Cleon Peterson first became known as a graphic designer. He is thus at the origin of logos and numerous visuals for skate firms such as Foundation Skateboards, Pig Wheels, Zero Skateboards. In addition, he still works within Studio Number One, the creation studio of Shepard Fairey. It is moreover to Peterson that we owe the famous model of the “Supply and demand” monograph on Obey.
